While we hate to let our customers down, let’s face it, the CBG (and sometimes CBD) seed and clone business is new and evolving!  Mountain Strong Hemp strives to provide the highest quality, lab-tested strains of CBG and CBD seeds and clones.  These aspects of our business are our true passion.  But sometimes, even the best intentions can’t fight mother nature.  If seeds or clones that we ship out are found to be too much frat -boy and not enough sorority sister, we will happily work with you to make things right.  Understanding the time-sensitive nature of getting your plants in the ground for a bountiful harvest, this isn’t always in the cards.  MSHC will warranty orders of 5,000 (or greater) seeds or clones ordered through the site until 30 days after purchase.  If the seed count is off, you have 5 days from receipt to request missing quantities.  If replacement seeds or clones won’t work for you, you might want to think twice about ordering.  There are also times when the window has closed and the seeds or clones wanted are no longer available from our sources (blame mother nature).  In these instances we will work with you to find a suitable substitute (though it might take a minute).  Additionally, none of us can control the elements and we cannot warranty any seeds grown outdoors.  There are too many variables at play from wind blowing contaminants into your crop, too much/not enough moisture, wrong nutrients or just not enough or even your dog deciding to get in on the action by digging up your plants (yes, it’s happened) for us to stay in business when things go wrong.  Please read our sales agreement carefully at checkout.  We’re always here for advice and planning!  With our common thread of striving to help the once-mighty hemp plant take over the world, we know you can understand and are looking forward to building a better world with you!
